Ian Clark, CFA

Ian has 15 years of buy side experience in trading, research, and portfolio management. He has established a broad understanding of the various market participants behaviours and an in depth understanding of the markets. He has established a broad reach of relationships across all of the sell side trading desks. This experience, in addition to a high level of education, including being a CFA Charterholder, earning an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree, and completion of a number of Canadian Securities courses (CCO, CPH, PDO, CSC), all contributes to his broad equity capital markets expertise.

David Campbell, CFA, MBA

David has over 25 years of capital markets experience in executive management, trading, private equity, and portfolio management. Along with extensive sell-side experience in sales and trading coverage and facilitation management, David has led large sell side institutional trading desks for both independent and US based broker dealers as Head of Trading in both traditional and electronic verticals. David is a CFA Charterholder, a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University, and holds an MBA from Yale University School of Management.

Michael Sardo

Michael has over 25 years of capital markets experience in executive sales management, retail syndication, and investment banking. While working with some of the premier asset managers and investment dealers in Canada, he has established long term personal relationships with key retail advisors, high net worth individuals and corporate clients across Canada and the USA. Mike is a graduate of Western University with a BA in Economics, as well as Canadian Securities Courses (CSC, PDO, CPH).

Jacob Willoughby, MBA

Jacob has over 20 years of experience in Canadian Capital markets, having worked at multiple investment dealers in Canada including Paradigm Capital, Beacon Securities and Red Cloud Securities in Toronto. With a broad range of experience, Jacob has established long term personal relationships with exploration, development and producing mining companies in all commodities and jurisdictions globally, as well as with resource portfolio managers and other capital markets professionals around the world. Jacob is a graduate of the University of Windsor Ontario with an honours BSc. in Geology, as well as an MBA.

Rinosh Chacko

With over two decades of diverse experience in the securities and financial services sectors, Rinosh brings a wealth of expertise to his role of Chief Technology officer. Prior to joining ICP Securities, Rinosh served as SVP and CTO at Tradelogiq Markets Inc. He has also held senior technology leadership roles at prominent organizations including Virtu/ITG, BMO, ADP, and CIBC. A member of Toronto CIO & CISO, Rinosh is a highly accomplished business and technology executive known for driving strategic, operational, and technological transformations across the global financial industry.

Olga Konstant

Olga brings over 15 years of rich experience in the financial industry, having had roles at leading institutions such as Mackenzie Financial, CIBC, Dundee Securities, and Sprott Inc. Her expertise spans brand development, event marketing, web development and graphic design. With a diverse educational background in design, communications, and art history, Olga offers a fresh, creative perspective to our marketing initiatives.

Matthew Karambatos

Matthew is a graduate of the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University, holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He also has 2 years of banking experience with Big 5 Canadian banks and has a keen interest in the capital markets industry. Matthew has also completed the Canadian Securities Course, Conduct and Practices Handbook, and Investment Funds in Canada course through the Canadian Securities Institute.

Salvador Sindoni

Salvador graduated with honors from Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor's of Commerce, completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), and has a strong passion for finance.

Edmund Tsang

Edmund is an Honours Economics graduate from the University of Toronto, completed Level III of the CFA program and holds the Canadian Securities Course. Edmund was instrumental in back-office support at his prior firm, Salida Capital executing Fund Accounting and Fund Administration. Prior to this experience Edmund was a fund accountant and fund administrator for AGF/Primerica as well as a Customer Service Representative for Citi and AGF in the Mutual Fund Group. Edmund owns and operates an automotive service enterprise and is available on a contract basis to ICP.
